Exchange / Returns

If you have decided your order doesn’t fit, we can exchange this for a new size/style free of charge, based on stock availability. If it isn’t for you, there’s 14 days from receiving your order for a refund or exchange for online purchases only. If you have made a special pre order this is non refundable special production purchase.

All items purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned with 14 days from the date of purchase. You will be eligible only for gift vouchers or an exchange to the same value.

To make the process as easy as possible, we ask you to send the unused item/s in the original packaging, back to us at your cost. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused and display any returns tags to receive a full refund, our shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
 We cannot be responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. We recommend booking this service within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure it arrives safely back in our hands before the 14-day returns window expires. Goods must be delivered to our address only.

Exchanges will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of exchange. Taxes, duties, and return shipping fees are not refunded.

We work with the best factories in Europe to create the best quality products at the right price. Everything is handmade and therefore mistakes can happen. If you have a problem with your item please send a mail to hello[at] and we will find a solution.
