Refund policy

At oftt, we care deeply about the quality of what we make and the experience of receiving it. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

This policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal, as well as our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

2. Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement by email to hello(at)oftt.world before the withdrawal period expires.

3. What Happens If You Withdraw

If you validly withdraw from your order, we will refund all payments received for the returned goods, including standard delivery costs where required by law, within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may wait until the goods have been returned or until you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first. These rules reflect EU consumer law on distance selling and withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

If you selected a delivery option more expensive than our standard delivery, we are not required to reimburse the additional amount.

4. Return Shipping

If you return an item because you changed your mind, the direct return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will bear the reasonable return costs.

5. Condition of Returned Items

We ask that returned items are handled with care and sent back in a resalable condition.

Where possible, items should be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • undamaged

  • unused

  • complete with tags

  • returned in the original packaging

You are only responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

6. Return Window

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.

7. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.

If you would like a different size or colour, please contact us at hello(at)oftt.world. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may process the return as a refund instead.

8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If something is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email hello@oftt.world as soon as possible with:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and, where relevant, the packaging

Your statutory rights relating to defective goods remain unaffected.

9. Return Address

Please do not send returns to any other address unless we have instructed you to do so.

10. How to Start a Return

To request a return, email hello@oftt.world with:

  • your full name

  • your order number

  • the item or items you wish to return

  • the reason for the return

We will then share the next steps.

11. Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear.

12. Shipping Costs and Refunds

If a full order is returned and the original shipment qualified for free shipping, we may deduct EUR 10.00 from the refund amount to reflect the original standard shipping cost covered by us, to the extent permitted by law.

If only part of an order is returned, original shipping costs are generally not deducted.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. Ordinary pre-orders and standard stock are not automatically excluded from the statutory withdrawal right.

13. Non-Returnable Items

The following may be excluded from cancellation or return where permitted by law:

  • digital gift cards once delivered electronically and where the legal conditions for loss of the withdrawal right are met

  • goods made to your specifications

  • clearly personalised goods

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

14. Pre-Orders

Some pieces may be available for pre-order before release.

Any dispatch or delivery date shown for a pre-order is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays can occasionally happen.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or separately.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

15. Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are delivered by email and can be redeemed online or in store unless stated otherwise.

Gift cards:

  • expire 1 year after issue

  • are non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise

  • cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law

If you are in Berlin, you may arrange an in-store return or drop-off at:
