We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or reject orders where necessary.

All prices shown are in the displayed currency and include statutory VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and similar additional costs may apply and will be shown where relevant.

We reserve the right to refuse certain payment methods for individual orders.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration passes to you once the goods are delivered to you or to a person designated by you.

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Pre-Orders

Some items may be available for pre-order ahead of release.

Any estimated shipping or release date is non-binding unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together or separately.

10. Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are delivered by email and may be redeemed online or in store unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards:

• expire 1 year after issue

• are non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise

• cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law

11. Accounts

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login credentials secure.

We may suspend or close accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or breach of these Terms.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website:

• for unlawful purposes

• to infringe the rights of others

• to interfere with website security

• to submit false or misleading information

• to attempt fraudulent transactions

• to upload harmful code or malicious content

13. Promotions

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are subject to the specific terms communicated with them.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

We may cancel or refuse the use of promotional codes in cases of misuse, technical error, or suspected fraud.

• under mandatory statutory liability provisions

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and only for the typical, foreseeable damage.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

20. Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025 and should no longer be treated as an active complaint channel.

We may update these Terms from time to time for legal, operational, or technical reasons.

The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
