We make it our business to ensure on time delivery of your order. We aim to dispatch your order in the shortest time possible after receiving a receipt of your transaction. After order confirmation you will receive a tracking number, so you know where your item is.

Our packaging is made from organic or recycled sources, FSC approved papers and plastic free. We want to encourage you to give our bags/boxes a second life by re-using them. 

We are a fair trade company, not only in production, but with everyone involved at our company. That means we value every worker, including our hard working postman/woman.

Free shipping

We offer free delivery on orders above 100 EUR within the EU and free delivery in Germany on all orders above 55 EUR.

Orders will be sent during business hours from Tuesday to Friday, not on weekends or bank holidays.

All orders are packed with good vibes by our small and dedicated team. 

*Delivery to countries outside the EU known as Delivered duty unpaid (DDU) or (DAP) delivered at place, may be subject to local import taxes, which you’ll need to take care of. The import duty is not included in the listed online price, so you will be responsible for import duties/taxes incurred in the destination country/region.
